Well, hello there Blogger World!
Today is my first day as an official blogger! Super exciting :) I just hope that I can learn how to 'run' this thing so I can share with you all of my crafty ideas and get some good tips from other teachers!
I am looking forward to documenting my journey with you... My stories of laughter and tears, ups and downs, successes and failures! Stay tuned as I get my feet wet and discover just how to do all the fancy things my fellow bloggers do!

- Hello people! My name is Lauren and I am a First Grade teacher!!! I've named my blog, "Fearless First" because I am no longer afraid to take risks, and my student's aren't either :) I have currently been teaching for 2 years... Last year I was a Kindergarten teacher- it was an interesting experience to say the least! I was a first year teacher with 36 5-year-olds so I made a million mistakes, put forth 150% effort and learned so much along the way. So, now I have looped with many of my kids to First Grade and I la-la-LOVE it! I officially feel that I have found my 'niche' in First! I adore my kids (and they don't think I'm so bad either), we are learning together and having fun along the way! The support and personal bonds I have made with my fellow teachers, parents, and kiddies have made my teaching experience wonderful :) When I'm not teaching I'm spending time with my amazing fiancee of almost 9 years! We are best friends and truly enjoy the 'little' things we are able to do together. I have a wonderful family and love them to bits~including our 2 dogs, Mega and Rascal, and even our evil cat, Miss Kitty!
